Aşağıdaki survey klinisyenlerin nörodejeneratif hastalıklarla ve biomarkerlarla ilgili ihtiyaçlarını ve  bu konudaki bariyerleri azaltma konusunda yapılabilecekleri araştırıyor. JNPD Avrupa Birliği'nin Nörodejenerasyon konusunda araştırma inisiyatifi olup çok sayıda ülkenin ortak katılımı olan bir inisiyatif. Türkiye'den de TÜBİTAK'ın desteklediği çalışmalar JNPD çerçevesinde yapılmıştı.

Dear colleague,

despite the efforts and success of several important projects, the harmonized application of neuroimaging biomarkers derived from large imaging consortia represents still considerable challenges. With Giovanni Frisoni and others we are participating in an EU Joint Programme - Neurodegenerative Disease Research (JPND) working group that aims at identifying current harmonization barriers in the context of MRI/PET/EEG biomarkers for neurodegenerative disease studies (http://www.sra-ned.org/). The aim of this grant is to generate community-driven recommendations for funding actions that address those barriers.

We have developed a survey that will help us gather information from relevant communities (neuroimaging consortia, industry, researcher & medical associations) about various possible barriers. We invite you to complete this survey so that your experience and recommendations can help us develop best practice guidelines for biomarkers in neurodegenerative diseases.
